Hello Serrano Hawks!

My name is Susan Prady, and I serve as the Assistant Administrator of Instructional Improvement and Academic Coaching at Serrano. I am so honored to be working with the Serrano staff, and privileged to be part of such a strong community. I am  excited to be back at Serrano, it was the school I began my teaching career at in 2004. I feel like I have come back home. My role as a AAIIAC is one that I take very seriously. I am here  to help ensure our students are receiving, research-based, rigorous daily instruction from the Serrano teachers who have received 21st Century Professional Development Training. Our staff at Serrano care about kids and want them to be successful. I enjoy my role in which I  assist, guide, train, and coach teachers to improve their professional practice as educators at Serrano. 

At Serrano we hold our students to high expectations and challenge them, while promoting a positive school climate. Our Vision is to equip students with a solid learning foundation and to achieve high academic performances. Their Academic Achievement is the core of our school’s goals and plans.
