Ms. Serrano embodies a team player. She is always willing to support a colleague by offering resources and ideas. Ms. Serrano volunteers at all our school events and helps bring the whole community together. Although Ms. Serrano has been teaching several years, she continually looks for ways to learn and grow her teaching skills. She is always willing to participate in Professional Development to learn more and then takes back her new knowledge to the classroom. Ms. Serrano always has a positive attitude and shows she cares about our school and the community.
